If the file still has the "Waiting" status listed, you can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact form in your Account -> Support tab. Please include the ORDER ID and the name of the file that you want to replace.
Keep in mind that if we have already started processing the file, we will not be able to replace it without an additional fee.
If you are not happy with our service, you can request a revision of your order within 10 days after the order was delivered.
To request a revision please log in to your account and click on Support -> Contact Form. In the contact form, please include your ORDER ID and your feedback and details about what happened and how we can improve your transcription.
