We accept text files in .DOC, .DOCX, .TXT, SUBTITLE FORMATS and any other similar formats. If you have a file in a format other than those listed here, please contact us.
You will receive translated files in the same format as you provided. If we cannot edit these files, we will provide the translation in alternative formats such as .docx.

You can make an online payment via credit or debit card. Bank transfer for large customer orders.
If you placed the order and your order status still shows as "Received," you can contact us by email at [support_email] or via the contact form in your Account -> Support tab. Please don't forget to include the ORDER ID of the order you want to cancel.
If the file still has the "Waiting" status listed, you can contact us by email at [support_email] or via the contact form in your Account -> Support tab. Please include the ORDER ID and the name of the file that you want to replace.
Keep in mind that if we have already started processing the file, we will not be able to replace it without an additional fee.
If you are not happy with our service, you can request a revision of your order within 10 days after the order was delivered.
To request a revision please log in to your account and click on Support -> Contact Form. In the contact form, please include your ORDER ID and your feedback and details about what happened and how we can improve your subtitles.
