Our business is open Monday through Friday, so all orders are processed in business days. If your audio/video is low quality, it might take little bit longer than expected. In this situation, we will contact you with an update of the expected time frame.
Our pricing starts from $0.95 per minute. The final price for your order might change depending on the options, language, and turnaround time you choose.

We accept audio and video files in .MPEG, .MP4, .SWF, .MOV, .AVS, .AIF, .AVI, .MP2, .MP3, .WMA, .M4A, .AIFF, AC3, .MOV, .WAV, YOUTUBE VIDEOS and any other similar formats. If you have a file in a format other than those listed here, please contact us.
All captions are delivered as .SRT files. If you choose Open captions, you will also be able to download your videos with burned-in captions.
The primary difference between Open and Closed captions lies in their flexibility. Open captions are always on-screen and cannot be turned off, they're essentially a part of the video itself. On the other hand, closed captions can be turned on or off by the viewer as per their preference.
As for the cost, open captions incur an additional processing fee of $10 USD per file due to its embedded nature in the video.
If you selected Open captions for your file, you will be able to download videos with burned-in captions.
If you need to burn captions into a higher quality video than the one you uploaded for the order, please specify the URL in the order details from where we can download your higher quality videos.

We use only professional captioners. We do not use any kind of automated captioning software.

Our captioners work on your files from Monday to Friday.
You can make an online payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer for large customer orders.
If you placed the order and your order status still shows as "Received," you can contact us by email at support@transcribefiles.net or via the contact form in your Account -> Support tab. Please don't forget to include the ORDER ID of the order you want to cancel.
If the file still has the "Waiting" status listed, you can contact us by email at support@transcribefiles.net or via the contact form in your Account -> Support tab. Please include the ORDER ID and the name of the file that you want to replace.
Keep in mind that if we have already started processing the file, we will not be able to replace it without an additional fee.
If you are not happy with our service, you can request a revision of your order within 10 days after the order was delivered.
To request a revision please log in to your account and click on Support -> Contact Form. In the contact form, please include your ORDER ID and your feedback and details about what happened and how we can improve your captions.
