Starting to use our AI transcription service is pretty simple:

• Choose your preferred subscription plan from the Subscriptions tab.
• Prepare your audio or video files for transcription. We accept a wide range of popular file formats, including .MPEG, .MP4, .SWF, .MOV, .AVS, .AIF, .AVI, .MP2, .MP3, .WMA, .M4A, .AIFF, AC3, .MOV, .WAV, YOUTUBE, and other similar formats.
• Select or simply drag and drop the files you want to transcribe.
• Once all your files are uploaded, make sure to specify the correct audio language for each one. Our AI transcription supports over 60 languages. If you'd like to receive transcripts and captions in English, choose the "Translate to English" option.
• After your order is processed, you will receive an email notification, and you can then download the transcripts and captions from your account page.

The processing time can depend on several factors:

• If you upload a large number of files, your order may take longer to process.
• If you select multiple languages, your order could take more time to process.
• If there are many files in the queue, it may take additional time to process your files.

Normally, your order should be processed within 20-30 minutes. This is an automated service that operates 24/7, 365 days a year.

All transcripts are delivered in .DOCX, .SRT, and .TXT formats.

Yes, all transcripts come with 1-2 minute timestamps in [00:00:00] format.

Caption files in .SRT format have standard timestamps.

At the moment, our AI transcription service does not separate speakers, but we may offer this feature in the near future.

Audio accuracy can vary based on audio quality and the number of speakers, but most of the time, our AI delivers 95% accuracy.

AI tokens are used when you want to:

• Summarize the transcript.
• Ask AI to extract specific details from the transcript.
• Perform any other operation where you need to ask AI questions, which requires AI tokens.

You will need to pay 1 token to process 1000 characters. For example, if your transcript has 70,000 characters, which is roughly equivalent to 1 hour of audio, it will cost you 70 tokens to send one AI request.

Each plan offers a certain number of AI tokens, so please check the token allocation for each plan before choosing.

When your order is completed, you can click on the Ask AI button and submit your request. Please note that AI will analyze only the specific file you select, not all of them.

If you have multiple files and want AI to extract specific information from each of them, you will need to send a separate request for each file.

Yes, you can ask multiple questions in one AI request; however, please be aware that the quality of AI responses may be affected. We recommend being concise and specific in your requests.

Typically, you will receive a response within a few minutes. You can also choose to receive the response via email.

AI can read in 60+ languages. If your transcript, for example, is in French, you can ask questions in English, and the AI response you receive will be in English.

You can also send AI requests in your native language, but the response will be in your native language as well.

If you require an AI response in a different language, please specify that in your request, such as requesting a response in French or any other language.

• Summarize the text - AI will summarize the text and provide a response.
• Provide information about Lisa's employment - AI will find all information about Lisa's employment and provide the results.
• Find the closest timestamp where Lisa talks about her boyfriend - AI will provide the closest timestamp.
• How old was a patient when he found out he was sick? - AI will provide the patient's age.
• Separate the speakers - AI will attempt to separate the speakers based on the text (experimental and not very accurate).

If you cancel your subscription, all features will remain accessible. We will not attempt to charge your payment method upon subscription expiration.

If you terminate your subscription, you will lose access to all subscription plan features and limits. After termination, you will need to purchase a subscription again to use the service.

Yes, you can cancel or terminate your subscription at any time.

Yes, you will be able to download transcripts and view AI responses. However, you will not be able to transcribe new files or make new AI requests.

Yes, you can terminate your existing plan and purchase a new one.

Your minutes and AI request tokens will be reset to the initial limits offered by your plan.

Unused minutes or AI tokens will not be carried over to the next month.

Yes, you can contact our support team with the plan you want to subscribe to, and we will manually charge your payment method and activate the plan for you.
